We have numerous In-person registrations to accommodate changes in procedures:
Please download forms (in advance) and bring all materials to registration along with cash or money order OR paypal receipt of online payment.

Online Registrations:
Due to form changes Online payments are only available.

Download the registration forms and turn them in on July 7th, 2010 at South Euclid City Hall.  

Payments can be completed at any time before July 15th. 

If you register online BY July 10th, you will receive $20.00 off your registration fee.

You will need to register to our site to get the links for payment. 

Please go to the home page of the site and register to set your username and password.  Once you have logged into the site, select the Registration Link in your menu to get further directions.

Registered users of the site will get email blasts first, regarding the program to keep up to date during the season.

Here you can download the pdf file.  You must have all materials filled out or your child will not be officially registered.  Be sure to bring a copy of your child's birth certificate and current Grade Report and a MONEY ORDER or CASH.  *NEW* A physical is also required with registration! We WILL NOT accept business or personal checks.
